Co-sponsored by the Food and Agriculture Development Centre (ZEL) of the German Foundation for International Development (DSE), the workshop brought together CAPRi researchers, practitioners, and policy makers to develop strategies for effective devolution of natural resource management. The call for papers relied on specific background information. The workshop agenda contains also the summaries of the papers presented.
The Deutsche Stiftung fuer Internationale Entwicklung (DSE) has granted permission to release the full-text proceedings of the workshop. The executive summary has been published by CAPRi as Working Paper 11.
